Refund Policy (Signed Books)

All books sold by Studio360 are personally signed. Because signed items are customized, all sales are final.

No Returns or Exchanges

We do not accept returns or exchanges on signed books. Refunds are not offered once an order is placed.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, we will make it right.

Please contact us within seven days of delivery at support@studio360store.com and include your order number along with clear photos of:

  • The outer shipping package

  • The shipping label

  • The damage or issue on the book

After review, we will provide one of the following:

  • A replacement copy (signed when possible), or

  • A partial refund if a replacement is not possible

Shipping Address Accuracy

Please confirm your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided at checkout. If a package is returned to us, reshipping costs may apply.

Order Changes and Cancellations

If you need to change your order, contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has entered processing, it cannot be changed or cancelled.
