By accessing or using this website and placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

1. Store Information

This website is operated by Studio360. References to “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Studio360.

2. Products and Availability

We make every effort to display products accurately. Product images are for reference and may vary slightly from the final product. All products are subject to availability. We may limit quantities, discontinue products, or update product information at any time.

3. Pricing and Payments

All prices are listed in Canadian dollars (CAD) unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to correct pricing or product description errors and to cancel orders affected by an error. Payments are processed through Shopify and third-party payment providers (such as PayPal). We do not store your full payment details.

4. Orders

By placing an order, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and complete. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including orders that appear to be fraudulent or unauthorized.

5. Signed Books and Final Sale

All books sold by Studio360 are personally signed. Because signed items are customized, all sales are final. Returns and exchanges are not accepted. Refunds are not offered once an order is placed, except as described under “Damaged or Defective Items” below.

6. Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, contact us within seven days of delivery at support@studio360store.com with your order number and clear photos of the outer shipping package, shipping label, and the issue. After review, we will offer a replacement copy (signed when possible) or a partial refund if a replacement is not possible.

7. Shipping and Delivery

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. Delivery times vary by destination and carrier. We are not responsible for shipping delays outside our control.

8. Address Accuracy

Please confirm your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided at checkout. If a package is returned to us, reshipping costs may apply.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on this site, including text, images, and logos, is owned by Studio360 or used with permission. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Studio360 is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or the purchase or use of products. Our total liability for any claim related to an order will not exceed the amount paid for that order.
